Spadetown is Lurgan’s first brewery in 150 years. They expertly brew craft beers including IPA, lager, red ale and stout. The name comes from the nickname for Lurgan and the phrase “a face like a Lurgan spade”.

This gang came together in 2018 with one goal- to make those long faces short with their pleasing brews. The names alone will make you smile. I P Ahhh, Po-Faced Pilsner, Long Face Lager, Ragin’ Red Ale and Dark Cloud Stout, but these are the real deal.

This crushable craft beer comes in cans for easy recycling. The canning is done in-house.
