Wildlife Guide and Expert, David Thompson will take you out to forage the Shores of Strangford Lough and Ards Peninsula along with partner Cecila Spouncer. They will share their knowledge and teach you the skills of foraging both land and shore. You will explore a number of recipes, ideas and eat wild at the shore.
