Taro will take you through his extensive sushi and sashimi repetoire that goes back over 40 years from his time in his native Japan, to today, in his adopted hometown of Belfast and in its biggest foodie hotspot at the minute, Yügo!

From maki rolls to sashami knife skills, Taro has it covered, but of course with an Indie Füde spin, using the best of local ingredients were we can…and believe us, we can!!!
