At this event you will enjoy a Masterchef Demonstration from Barry Dallat from Arbutus Restaurant, Kilrea, Northern Irelands greenest restaurant. At Arbutus all the ingredients are sourced locally from Culmore Organic Farm, just two miles from the restaurant door. Barry’s Restaurant has recieved the prestigious Taste of Ulster Award 3 years running now for their use of local produce in their recipies I can imagine Barry will be teaching you how to cook up some of these delisious dishes during his masterclass.

Also enjoy tastings from local organic producers as well as a Slow Food, Fast Health Conversation about food provenance, production, packaging and well-being.
