Enjoy a delicious 3 course meal of local ingredients paired with Multi-Award winning Kilmegan Cider
Menu:
Starter- Marty Johnston hand dived Strangford Lough scallops with a Conakility black pudding bonbon, served with buttered spinach, parma crisps and a hollandaise sauce. Served with a glass of Kilmegan ‘Irish Farmhouse’ Cider.
Main- Kilmegan Cider braised Co. Antrim belly of pork on a traditional champ, served with bacon wrapped asparagus, parsnip crisp and Kilmegan Cider apple and leek cream. Served with a glass of Kilmegan ‘Real’ Cider.
Dessert- Thyme meringue with Kilmegan apple curd ginger crumb with raspberries and fresh cream. Served with a glass of Kilmegan Cider ‘Wild Elderflower Infused’ Cider
