Beef – Dexter beef burger cos lettuce, blue cheese dressing and apple sticks.
Chicken – Chargrilled chicken, spiced tomato relish, slaw, dressed leaves, crispy onions.
Lamb – Succulent lamb cumin spiced. Pickle cucumber, mint natural yoghurt.
Venison – Irish venison, caramelised red onion jam, smoked cheddar, sliced tomato, dressed leaves.
