Bread and fish lovers, rejoice!
The annual Loaves and Fishes Food Fair is back this weekend at Ballywalter Park, the ancestral home of Lord and Lady Dunleath in Co. Down.
With help from Ards and North Down Borough Council, Seafish and Lord and Lady Dunleath Loaves and Fishes aim to encourage the public to consume more local seafood and traditional breads.
The event aims to promote the consumption of lesser known species of seafood and will run a programme of masterclasses in local seafood cuisine and traditional bread making delivered by chefs of international repute.
BBC Radio Ulster’s Kim Lenaghan will be compèring the action packed programme of events.
Here’s a look at what you can expect this weekend.
