The judges are Sara di Paolo  and Gianni Arimondo.  Howard Hastings is also present as Hastings Hotels are a proud sponsor of this event!

Sara di Paolo is in charge of the Pesto World Championship. She manages all the competitions as well as the large final in Genoa  every 2 years, with around 100 competitors. Sara was in charge of the recent New York semi-final.

Gianni Arimondo is a Board Member of the Palatifini Cultural Association an organisation to promote Ligurian Culture and food. Their world-wide reach has seen them quoted in the China Daily as well as in Iceland.
