Hillsborough International Oyster Festival is delighted to offer a fantastic Pop-up Restaurant evening on  Thursday 3rd September featuring the best local cuisine from around Hillsborough Village. Chefs from The Parson’s Nose, The Hillside, Mourne Seafood Bar and The Plough will be taking charge of a course each, cooking a taster dish live in front of all guests, before they all sample what these fantastic chefs have to offer in a 5 course meal. Entertainment will also be provided from the World Famous Fawlty Towers Cast, a cast who are sure to get you and your guests laughing.
