Dairy Council Greets Arrival of Milk Cup Team with Mexican Wave!

Mexico, one of the first international teams to arrive for this year’s Milk Cup were greeted with a refreshing glass of milk by tournament sponsors, the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland before taking on their first match on Northern Ireland soil in a friendly against Carrick Rangers.
The Milk Cup tournament kicks off on Saturday, July 21. The opening parade of teams through Coleraine will take place on Sunday, July 22 with the tournament running until Thursday, July 26.
The Dairy Council’s sponsorship of this year’s Milk Cup is part of a wider campaign called Milk in Action, which is being jointly funded by the EU to encourage younger age groups to drink milk as part of a healthy, active lifestyle. For more information log onto www.milkitforallitsworth.co.ni
