Farmview Dairies

Established in 1988, the Farmview Dairies team has been crafting premium milk products for more than 30 years. As a family business, they keep things local and personalised.

They are Belfast’s dedicated wholesale milk suppliers of whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, 1 % skimmed milk and buttermilk (10 gallon containers). They also deliver a selection of luxurious and high quality whipped, clotted, double and sour cream. They are wholesale suppliers of Ballyrashane butter.

They source top quality raw milk from selected farms to make a range of milk, cheese, butter, cheese and yoghurt products. Delivered across Northern Ireland and the wider UK in their own fleet of quality chilled vehicles, you will find the products in restaurants, stores, delicatessans and many more locations.

Titanic Distillers

The city of Belfast is synonymous with Titanic. The Thomson Graving Dock and Pumphouse is the new home for Titanic Distillers. Their Premium Irish Whiskey and Premium Irish Vodka and how they are made is the focus of Titanic Distillers visitor attraction. There you can taste the whiskey and vodka which you can buy online now at www.titanicdistillers.com. It is also for sale in several stockists across Northern Ireland including Hastings Hotels, The Duke of York, Bittles Bar, A Friend at Hand, The Grange and the Dark Horse.

The whiskey itself has the light, sweet vanilla note of Irish grain whiskies, with the deep, rich spice of triple-distilled malts. There is a hint of peat smoke with a long, lingering finish. The Collectors Box would make a really special gift. Instead of being a traditional potato or grain-based spirit, Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Vodka is distilled using the finest hand-picked Irish sugar beet from Co Wexford and Co Antrim and cut with pure local spring water from Co Down.

Made in Naples

Antonio Cardone has superb pizza credentials. He is from Naples- the home of pizza. He may be Italian but he uses local chicken and bacon as well as Neill’s flour in his creations.

He does all the classics like Margherita and Diavola Hot as well as our favourite Calzone with ricotta, salami, mozzarella, tomato and basil. Neapolitan old school recipes like panuzzo with provolone and culatello are worth trying,

You can book his self-contained trainer unit for events. You will also find him at gigs like Bangor Market and Belfast Continental Market to name a few. Just follow your nose to the wood-fired pizza oven. Buon apetito!

Craft Tea Brew Co.

Demand for his fermented drinks has led Peter Barrett from the Craft Tea Brew Company near Belfast to invest in a new plant and canning facility. Products include The Buchas Dog kombucha and Craft Tea Cat sparkling tea.

The clue is in the very clever name. The Bucha in the Buchas Dog is Kombucha and it is the first one made in Northern Ireland. This range of Premium Kombuchas are hand-brewed in Belfast. Again, owner Peter Barrett has been clever with the names.

The Assamson and Goliath is made with black Assam Tea whereas the Lightning McGreen is made with green tea. The Haymaker has Apple, Lemon and Ginger and the Hoptimist has Grapefruit, Peach and Hops.  They retail for around £3 a bottle. Great for non-alcoholic alternatives and for good health.

They do cases of 20 too.
